If you are not happy with your jewels, you may return purchases up to 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, and in the original undamaged packaging.
Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.
If you would like to return any item please contact us in advance of posting.
You will be liable for the return postage. We would advise sending as recorded mail, as I cannot issue an exchange or refund until the original item is safely returned to me in it's original condition.
We are happy to exchange for another item featured in our online shop.
You will be liable for the cost of postage for the new item.
If the total price is higher we will invoice you for the difference
& if lower we will refund the difference.
We will refund any items purchased at full sale price. The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn and in the original undamaged packaging.
All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.
We can only refund back to your Paypal account.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace with the same item as soon as possible at no additional charge.
Please contact us ASAP or within 7 days of receipt if your item has arrived damaged.
Refund/exchange is subject to our review of the returned product.
