MARGATE JEWELLERS COLLECTIVE

Formed in 2025 with friends & fellow Jewellers Rebecca Gladstone & Billie Grand, Margate Jewellers Collective aims to showcase the array of independent jewellery talent in our little town.

Margate is a mecca for all types of creatives - drawn by the beautiful beaches, legendary sunsets, and the town's long, layered history as a holiday resort - luring city-dwellers away for leisure & pleasure for centuries. So many have embraced the romantic notion of leaving the city behind, hunkering down at the end of the land and getting immersed in the pursuit of beauty.

Margate is now well know & well loved for its high concentration of world class art galleries, cultural events, nightlife & restaurants, drawing visitors from far and wide. Our aim is to also put the town on the map as a Jewellery destination.

MJC have hosted a number of pop-up events, featuring a rotating cast from the broad, and ever-expanding collective. We plan to continue to curate events both locally, and further afield, and be able to include even more of the town's myriad jewellers.
